ING offers promising master graduates the chance to make the absolute most of their talent on a traineeship within the bank: the International Talent Programme (ITP). Within our four-year international traineeship, you can choose from seven different tracks:
When applying for the ING traineeship, you need to indicate which track you want to follow. Choose the one best suited to you. Think carefully about your decision, since the programme’s content and the projects you’ll be working on during the traineeship, are specifically aligned with the relevant area, and some of the training courses you follow will vary depending on which track you’ve chosen.
